Traditional is similar to the generally used high street agents percentage fee pricing structure, however offering greater flexibility at a more competitive rate.

As follows:

LETTINGS

4% - You undertake the viewings

6% - We undertake the viewings

(For multiple agency please add 1% to the above)

SALES

½% - You undertake the viewings

¾ % We undertake the viewings

(For Multiple Agency please add ¼% to the above)

VAT: VAT will be charged at the standard 17.5% on all fees
