Pay As You Go

As part of the PAYG network we are pleased to promote the following exciting new concept:

As the title suggests you only pay for any specific services that you instruct to be carried out on your behalf – we believe this to be the first agent to offer this innovative new way forward in estate agency fee structuring as it offers you the customer a true fee reflecting only the services used opposed to a potential fee of many thousands of pounds for an agent potentially only making a couple of phone calls.

Any Pay as you go sale cumulative cost will be capped at 1.0% for sales and 7.5% for lettings so you could never exceed a competitive traditional commission based sale or lettings fee and always remaining below the typical high street agents fees of 1.5 - 2.0% sales and 10% lettings.
