Value for Money 

The main method we believe we can pass on value to money to our clients is through our two fee structures, traditional and pay as you go, both of which we believe to be highly competitive and deliver the flexibility that you the modern customer requires opposed to the standard high fixed fee percentages currently available from your typical high street estate agent.

Traditional is similar to the generally used high street agents percentage fee pricing structure, however offering greater flexibility at a more competitive rate starting from 0.5% for sales and 0.4% for lettings.

Pay as you go - As the title suggests you only pay for any specific services that you request us to carry out on your behalf, we believe we are the first agent to offer this innovative new way forward in estate agency fee structuring as it offers you the customer a true fee reflecting only the services used opposed to the many thousands of pounds for your typical high street agent potentially only making a couple of phone calls.

Fixed Fees - We also offer one off fixed fees from £395 sales and £195 lettings.
