We currently have offices in Sunbury On Thames in addition to agents in Reading, Staines, Weymouth and Richmond.

Established in 2005, we offer experienced managers with widely recognised expertise in traditional management techniques and the technical aspects of construction and project management, such as cost control, procurement / tendering and settlement of accounts.

Our teams expertise has been developed through practical experience gained on major commissions in the commercial, airports, and health sectors, local and central government and a varied portfolio of residential developments.

All our managers are effective team players, able to assimilate a client brief and to use well developed inter personal skills to integrate well with any properties residents committee.

Demonstrating our expertise we can bring membership of the following professional bodies through members of our team: Chartered Institute of Building, Association of Project Managers, Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Ombudsman for Estate and Letting Agents, Association of Certified Chartered Accountants and Institute of Credit Management, We also adhere to the guidelines and codes of conduct laid down by the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA).
