Property Management - is in safe hands with invest2let’s regularly recommended management service. Invest2let’s service is also accredited by the Estate Agent Ombudsman (OEA) for both Sales & Lettings. Property inspections are carried out at a frequency to suit your requirements.

Over the years we have gained experience in managing properties and understand that effective property management is about good communication between landlords, agents, tenants and the contractors. Our systems contribute to this and can allow landlords to set their maintenance preferences to include which contractors to use, spend limit, and appliance guarantees.

Valuation - is the first step to letting your property. One of invest2let’s property advisors will meet you at the property to view it. This visit is about understanding your requirements and discussing rent. It is also for collecting details and photos to market your property and for the agent to advise on renting, standards and regulations. Setting the right rent level is critical. The amount of rent can be seasonally affected and by the level of demand; the higher the demand, the higher the rent.
